Thinking about Innovative Packaging Design & Packaging More

"It's the exact same old tissue, honey, it does not make a difference, ok? Hah, can you even hear me say that? I can't believe I really composed 'designer tissue'. So, yes, for a graphic designer and author who understands all about the type of effort one takes into product packaging and branding items, I sure succumbed to it. All the hoopla. The shenanigans. The 'draw 'em in with good copy and fab color combo'. Hey, I am still a customer, keep in mind that. I am entitled to succumb to good packaging, I have a prevailing right to be human.

However they are so pretty ... the packaging. I swear!

They have the 'nature lover' product packaging, the 'fruity' packaging, the 'female on the go' packaging, and then they have the 'kids' product packaging. I got 4 of each style packages and made a run for the counter with them with my shouting kids and exasperated husband running after me in slow motion.

Well, in this case, I was running for checkout with boxes of tissue paper with elegant product packaging designs on them. I enjoyed the product packaging creates so much, after using up all the tissues in the boxes, I would cut out the designs and position it into my 'needs to keep for reference' clear folder. I don't keep a lot of stuff in there due to the fact that I am quite selective about the designs that I like, however these packaging styles made the website cut.

You see, this is the example that takes place when you put some effort into making your product packaging style. Yeah, all of us have this in the back of our heads ... "Hey, it's PACKAGING! It's what's INSIDE that count. They're going to THROW the PACKAGING away. So, why spend a lot loan on the packaging?" Possibly you're also believing that the loan needs to go towards developing much better quality items ... for faster delivery options ... or maybe the cash should go towards spending possible clients to pricey suppers in Italian restaurants. It's your call, actually.

The more effort you put into designing your packaging, more clients will stop and take an appearance at your packaging or what's inside the packaging. Now, does it make sense for me to state now that when they take and stop notice of your packaging, your opportunity of getting them to purchase your item increases?

And without an electrifying packaging, consumers are going to stroll past the stacks and stacks of other competitor items ... and yours ... without even knowing you're there!
